City 1st Tyres gains TruckForce Service Award

UK-based truck tyre specialists City 1st Tyres is one of five TruckForce partners that Goodyear has honoured with a TruckForce Service Award for the first quarter of 2022. Announcing the latest recipients, Goodyear states that City 1st Tyres and the other awardees across its pan-European network have “demonstrated exceptional service.”

Yokohama HPT Ltd has made an agreement to supply tyres to aviation fleet specialists, Rushlift Ltd – making the company part of the running of the UK’s largest airport, London Heathrow.

Yokohama wins Gatwick fleet fitment

Yokohama is to supply tyres to Heathrow-based Rushlift Ltd for its 450 strong fleet of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) based at Gatwick Airport. Operating in the second-busiest airport in the UK, Ruslift have selected Yokohama’s BluEarth-Van RY55 and Geolandar G015 A/T tyres.

Goodyear presents service providers with European TruckForce Awards 2016

Goodyear has presented its European 2016 TruckForce Awards in Luxembourg, recognising the customer support of its 2,000-strong network. The awards ceremony was part of the second international TruckForce Convention and was held in parallel with the launch of the new Dunlop on-road truck tyre range.

CAM to host second UniSerV User Group meeting before April’s CV Show

CAM has scheduled the second UniSerV User Group (UUG) meeting for April, coinciding with The CV Show at the Birmingham NEC. Chaired by Anne Sherwood, group business support manager of Tructyre Fleet Management, CAM says UUG² will continue to discuss the benefits of e-jobsheet, CAM’s open-access mobile data platform for digital tablet technology in the truck, bus and van service arena.

Inaugural CAM UniSerV user group meeting coincides with UK tyre industry gathering

CAM has hosted the inaugural UniSerV User Group (UUG) meeting, chaired by Anne Sherwood, business support manager of Tructyre Fleet Management. The event took place ahead of the NTDA dinner on Wednesday, 8 October 2014 at Manchester’s Hilton Deansgate. The software provider discussed the latest release of the software with some of its leading customers, using the meeting to identify and plan future developments to benefit the commercial tyre sector.
