Landsail: drivers don’t need to spend big on dedicated EV replacement tyres

The growth of the electric vehicle market is reaching a stage where early adopters are beginning to invest in maintaining their vehicles in greater numbers. Electric vehicles are generally heavier with a different weight distribution to cars with internal combustion engines, but tyre brand Landsail contends that drivers do not need to spend big on dedicated electric vehicle tyres. It says its LS588 and LS388 ranges offer a range of options with the correct load and speed rating for EVs.

Landsail ‘thrilled’ with Leicester City official tyre partnership

Landsail Tyres has begun the second year of its partnership with Premier League side Leicester City. The team started strongly with the Foxes lifting the first silverware of the domestic season, the Community Shield as the 2020/21 FA Cup winners beat Premier League champions Manchester City at Wembley. As official tyre partner of the Foxes, this season is the first since Landsail signed to be played in front of capacity crowds.

Everton, Davanti Tyres providing school uniforms to socially deprived areas

Everton in the Community and Davanti Tyres are distributing school uniforms to pupils from Liverpool’s most socially deprived areas. The football club’s official global tyre partner has donated £10,000 to support the distribution of more than 480 complete school uniforms. The uniforms will be given to children from the most disadvantaged wards across Merseyside, whose families have been hit hard financially by the long-term effects of the pandemic.
