Hankook Tire an Everything Electric sponsor

The Fully Charged Show, in its quest to stop people burning stuff, is bringing Everything Electric North back to Harrogate. The event runs from 24 to 26 May, with Hankook Tire & Technology participating as an official sponsor. The tyre maker will present its electric vehicle (EV) technology and products during the show.
More than 150 companies from related industries are expected to participate, sharing market trends and the latest advancements in the global EV industry.
As an official sponsor, Hankook Tire will operate a booth and display banners to promote iON, the world’s first full line-up of tyres developed exclusively for EVs. This part of a full year of promotional activities for Hankook Tire, an endeavour that includes posting iON-related content on the Everything Electric Show’s official website and social media channels.
Experience and event zones within Hankook Tire’s display area will showcase various iON products available in the UK and European markets. These include the high-performance iON evo; the iON i*cept, a winter tyre; the iON FlexClimate, an all-weather tyre; and the iON ST AS, a high-mileage model designed for SUVs.
More than 190 sizes
According to Hankook Tire, it established the iON brand “even before the commercialisation of EVs.” The tyre maker designs products in the iON range to provide an optimal EV driving experience by achieving a balance of low noise, low rolling resistance, and improved mileage. Since its launch in 2021, the brand’s portfolio has expanded, and iON tyres are now available in over 190 sizes, ranging from 16 inches to 22 inches, catering to a wide range of EV models.
