New car and truck ranges – Cosmo Tires coming to Europe

The Cosmo range is being introduced into European markets

A second generation of Cosmo Tires passenger car and truck/bus tyres is on its way, and amongst this assortment of new products are tyres that will be launched in European markets. Visitors to The Tire Cologne will be amongst the first to see the new range; the range can be viewed during this month’s trade fair at Hall 8.1, Stand D065.

Announcing the products’ arrival, distributor Tire Group International says the new generation of its private brand includes two UHP tyre models and a TBR range that includes long haul, regional, urban and on/off road patterns.

The Cosmo Tires brand was originally launched in 1994. Initially consisting of cross-ply light truck and truck lines, Cosmo quickly grew to cover the TBR, agriculture, industrial and OTR segments.

“Cosmo Tires have always been engineered and constructed to meet the world’s most demanding work conditions, using Latin America as our proving grounds, Cosmo is truly quality tested,” said Tony Gonzalez, chairman and chief executive officer of Tire Group International. Gonzalez added: “Today the Cosmo PCR and TBR line is manufactured in Thailand and for the first time it will be available to the European market, we continue to bring our customers the highest quality tyres at the right value.”
