Falken offers chance to win tyres in online racing sim

Falken Tyre Europe is giving players of the free-to-play racing simulator, RaceRoom Racing Experience the chance to win a new set of Falken UHP tyres. The tyre brand has created the Falken Track Test Competition together with game developer SimBin, as a free extension to the simulator. Players drive a Falken-liveried RUF RT12R, and drivers setting the fastest lap on the Nürburgring GP circuit can a range of prizes.

Starting from 13 January until 24 February, the gamer who delivers the fastest lap time in the most realistic “Get Real” mode on the virtual Nürburgring circuit with the Falken RUF RT12R will win a set of Falken high performance tyres, while runners-up can win fan packages and tickets for this year’s 24h of the Nürburgring at the famed Nordschleife race track.

“Scores of motorsports fans around the world dream of it: being at the helm of a racing car themselves, flooring the throttle, working the wheel, and keeping the vehicle’s skidding rear under control. With its realistic motorsport simulator, ‘RaceRoom Racing Experience’, SimBin allows thousands of gamers to feel the excitement – at home, on their own screens,”  says Dennis Wilstermann, Falken Tyres Europe.

All Europe-based competitors with one counted lap will also be entered into the draw for an additional set of tyres given away by Falken Tyre Europe. Every player in possession of the RUF RT12R at the end of the Falken Track Test Competition receives the turquoise and blue car livery free of charge after just one successfully completed lap.

All competitors who register one completed lap will be able to use the RUF RT12R to use in future races and will also be in contention to win another set of tyres. The game can be accessed here.
