Cam Connects Tructyre to 3rd Parties with UniSerV 3PI Module

Date: 24th September 2010 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

Commercial tyre specialists at Tructyre have become the first to adopt Cam Systems’ new, third party integration (3PI) module within its UniSerV application suite. The platform is designed to streamline the feed of transactional data to and from third party systems, reducing Tructyre administration costs and ensuring customers receive consistent service data. Testing on the new system is planned to occur throughout October. Cam Systems’ UniSerV application suite already handles the call logging and contract management, ePen and Breakdown form processing for Tructyre’s commercial breakdown business.

Glenn Sherwood at Tructyre said: “Through the implementation of 3PI, we look forward to being able to receive specific job authorisations from 3rd party providers via Web Services, providing us in the next UniSerV release late this year with options for fully integrated invoicing.”

Mike Allen, managing director at Cam Systems added: “Our partnership with Tructyre will enable them to enjoy the already obvious benefits of our UniSerV platform as well as our new 3PI feature. As a result, Tructyre will be able to issue invoices easily for work completed without the traditional cost to service.”
