Date: 3rd September 2020 Author: Stephen Goodchild Comments: 0

Online tyre and wheel retailer Delticom AG has appointed Dr Harald Blania to its Management Board. He became a board member on 14 August and will serve a fixed-term that expires at the end of 28 February 2021.

Dr Blania has been Delticom’s chief performance manager for the past eight months, working since the start of 2020 on the company’s restructuring process, which began last year. He brought with him many years of experience in interim positions such as CRO, CFO and general manager, and has extensive expertise in the restructuring and reorganisation of companies. As a member of the Management Board, Dr Blania will continue his work on the company’s restructuring, which includes a mergers & acquisitions process.
