Goodyear: Covid-19 not anticipated to impact customer service

As countries around Europe tighten restrictions on movement in a bid to contain and delay the coronavirus COVID-10 pandemic, Goodyear representatives report that the company is monitoring circumstances with partner wellbeing in mind. Writing in a statement released, a Goodyear spokesperson said the tyre manufacturer does not anticipate an impact on customer service:

“As we continue to monitor and respond to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, the safety and wellbeing of our associates, customers and suppliers are Goodyear’s highest considerations. We are also closely monitoring and managing inventory levels and supply of raw materials. We currently do not anticipate any impacts to customer service within the EMEA region as a result of the COVID-19.”
