TGI supports Movember 2012

In the USA, Tire Group International has joined the Movember 2012 movement and is challenging all men team members, associates and customers to grow their Mo’s (moustaches) for the month of November to raise awareness and funds for men’s health issues, specially prostate and testicular cancer initiatives.

Using the power of a moustache, Movember, supported by PCF (Prostate Cancer Foundation) and the LIVESTRONG Foundation, aims to change the face of men’s health issues making sure world-class programs in the areas of awareness and education, survivorship and research are being supported.

TGI says it is proud to be associated with Movember and wants to be an inspiration to all team members and inspire the tyre industry to be part of this important cause. “We believe is important to start a conversation about men’s health issues, specially in this industry where so many men are a part of. We have understood that simply by growing a moustache we can change lives”, said Joaquin Gonzalez Jr., Tire Group’s Chief Marketing Officer.
