EMTS exerts greater control through Cam’s online reporting function

Date: 23rd August 2012 Author: Admin Comments: 0

In response to customer demand, Northamptonshire-based commercial tyre supplier East Midlands Tyres Services (EMTS) is introducing Cameo from Cam Systems to provide fleets with in-depth reporting facilities that will enable them to spot trends and driver behaviour that may need speedy addressing to ensure best practice.

Cam Systems says the specific information required by EMTS’ customers can be easily identified through Cameo’s industry-driven reporting function, delivering total transparency and allowing them to maintain fleets for maximum safety and cost-effectiveness. At the same time, Cameo has the facility to send all invoices and statements electronically, speeding up the process significantly for customers.

“This data can be delivered at the touch of a button,” commented Lesley McClurg, director at East Midlands Tyres Services. “Cameo’s industry-specific programmes will ensure we are perceived as efficient and professional by all our customers.  We’re receiving strong support from Cam Systems in the installation process and the platform can only strengthen our business further.”

“The Cameo suite will enable East Midlands Tyres Services to meet customer requirements by delivering efficient customer management through real-time reporting and management views,” added Mike Allen, managing director of Cam Systems. “In line with our leadership position, Cameo has been developed to enhance businesses, ultimately by improving their customer service and enabling compliance in areas such as tyre legislation by providing access to options such as our online tyre catalogue.”
