Kings Road Tyres Improving Service in North West England

Date: 12th October 2009 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

Kings Road Tyres has a newly-opened Liverpool (Widnes) location, offering customers better service in the North West of England. The company, one of the UK and Ireland’s largest independent tyre distributors, can offer the majority of its customers, either next day/two day delivery throughout the countries using its own fleet of vehicles, from its eight strategically located sales and distribution centres.

KRT holds an inventory in excess of £10M and claims to have the biggest penetration in the truck, agricultural, industrial, construction tyres market. Its extensive truck tyre stock includes brands such as Bridgestone, Continental, Firestone, KRT’s own brand Kingstone, Kumho and Aeolus. Its agricultural andconstruction tyre portfolio includes brands such as Michelin, Firestone, Taurus, Goodyear, Bridgestone, Trelleborg, Starmaxx, Kingstone and Jetire, which are stocked in all popular sizes and fitments. A comprehensive range of passenger, van, 4×4 and tubes complete the line up.

The wholesaler attributes its success to being able to offer a wide range of brands in all fitments, offering a choice of tyres to suit its customer’s needs and combining quality with competitive pricing. Its centre sales-staff use the latest innovations in computer technology to access stock, advise on pricing and affect a reliable and swift delivery service throughout the UK and Ireland. Customers can also now use KRT’s latest on-line ordering facility.
