Delticom Revamps Irish Website

Date: 26th September 2008 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

Delticom has been busy of late. Not only has the company introduced all-inclusive services through its UK portal mytyres.com, the online tyre specialist has redesigned the website for its online presence in Ireland. The Irish site, eiretyres.com, has been totally refreshed with the aim of making it more customer-oriented and easier to navigate.

In addition to a clean, new design, much thought has gone into making the site’s function more user friendly and online purchasing a simpler task. An optimised, clear display of product searches helps customers find the desired product faster, and the various sorting functions help customers choose the right tyre. A leaner order process also shortens ordering times. Compact help functions support the online purchaser and provide answers to the most frequently asked questions as well as offering competent tyre advices.

As for the fully fitted service, UK customers can typically have tyres delivered within a two to four working day window, and the Fully Fitted service package includes the cost of the tyres, new valves, installation service at a local service partner, as well as VAT and shipping costs within mainland Great Britain. Of the company’s 1,600 service partners in Britain, more than 500 are already Fully Fitted partners.
