Infopro Digital buys DriveRightData

DriveRightData’s acquisition by Infopro Digital aligns with the company’s “commitment to quality, accuracy and innovation” and the two firms’ integration “will cultivate synergies across both global product portfolio” DriveRightData representatives said in a statement announcing the news on 23 February 2024.
With this new acquisition, Infopro Digital strengthens global tyre and wheel data expertise: “DriveRightData’s arrival in the group provides us with a comprehensive database of the global tyre market, which is the largest segment of automotive aftermarket. We plan for the continued growth of DriveRightData on a worldwide basis to reinforce the Infopro Digital Automotive division as a global leader in the automotive aftermarket data and services platforms” said Christophe Czajka, founder and executive chairman of Infopro Digital.
The DriveRightData team consists of 28 employees across the UK, Germany, and New Zealand and will be integrated into the UK region of Infopro Digital Automotive. Despite the changes, its “business as usual” and “DriveRightData remains as a brand however we will now operate under the global umbrella of Infopro Digital’s Automotive division”, DriveRightData representatives added.
DriveRightData director Richard Bailey commented: “Infopro Digital is the right home for DriveRightData. We have been successful in our niche for many years but as the market for data matures, having access to expansive global datasets enriches our performance; delivering outstanding products to lead the market. Infopro Digital is a B2B group specialising in information and technology. Ranked as the 8th largest technology group in France, the group is present in 18 countries and employs nearly 4,000 people.
