Liqui Moly joins IAAF
Liqui Moly, the well-known manufacturer of oils and additives, has joined the IAAF. According to the association, Liqui Moly will benefit from all the exclusive ‘member only’ services offered as part of the membership including merchandise and promotional workwear, lifestyle protection plans and fleet management solutions, as well as networking opportunities and supporting IAAF’s lobbying activities. Most recently, the proposed changes to the MOT test frequency which were scrapped followed months and months of intensive lobbying by IAAF.
Ibrahim Memis of Liqui Moly said: “We are delighted to join the IAAF as this gives us an ideal opportunity to network with other members. It is also invaluable for us to be part of this membership as it has the best interests of the automotive market in mind, which aligns with our own fundamental values.”
Wendy Williamson, IAAF chief executive, said: “It is with great pleasure that we welcome Liqui Moly to our network. As such a well-known global brand, it will be invaluable sharing their input with other members and also seeing how they can further develop their own standing within the UK independent aftermarket.”
