Yokohama offers US dealers Rallio social media tool
In the USA Yokohama Tire is offering tyre dealers access to Rallio, a social media tool that is designed to help with “easy publishing and personalizing of Yokohama-created social media content for their communication channels”.
According to the company, the app is a simple dashboard that allows distributors and dealers to receive approved content from Yokohama and other content from the automotive social portal inside Rallio and syndicate it to their brands/locations.
Alan Holtschneider, Yokohama’s director of marketing, said: “This eliminates the need for dealers to spend hours creating their own social media content. All they have to do is log into their dashboard, select the content they’d like to go out on their pages and either immediately post it or schedule the content out for a future date and time.”
In addition to managing their social media presence, the Rallio dashboard offers dealers a reputation management system that gives them the ability to monitor and respond to their online reviews. Dealers can register to use the tool at https://rallio.com/yokohama.
