Nick’s Tyres implements CAM’s UniSerV platform

Nicks Tyres has gone live with CAM’s UniSerV software as part of the business’ investment in operational processes across its depots. The company said the new software will help increase productivity and efficiency as well as assist in the continued provision of a reliable service to its customers.

The addition of UniSerV into the business will provide employees with a comprehensive view of real-time information on everything from stock visibility to mobile work. CAM says this leads to streamlined job processing, and reduced time spent on recovery admin and paper work associated with each job.

Nick Hart, managing director of Nicks Tyres, says, “We are always looking into systems and services that will provide us with an edge over the competition and UniSerV does just that. The fact that it offers real-time updates means our business can easily establish what people and product are available to most effectively serve our customers.”

Mike Allen, managing director of CAM, adds, “We work with companies of all sizes who are committed to growing and developing their businesses through technology to help them meet their goals. The UniSerV platform has been designed with that in mind and we look forward to seeing how we can continue to support Nicks Tyres’ business plan in the short, medium and long term.”
