The Reifen Show cuts ‘Nu Ice’ for Firenza

Date: 27th April 2012 Author: Admin Comments: 0

As a well established, regular exhibitor at the Reifen exhibition, Singapore based Stamford Tyres will once again be using Europe’s most important tyre show to maximum effect. This year it has secured a larger, 100 square metre stand for itself (hall 2, stand 530), and will introduce a new tyre and a new alloy wheel range.

Taking centre stage will be the very first two patterns of the all new ‘Nu Ice’ Firenza winter tyre collection – the NTS-01 and studdable XT-01 represent Stamford’s initial venture into this highly competitive market. The studdable XT-01 will be available in twelve sizes, ranging from 175/65R 14 up to 235/60 18, whilst the NTS-01 studless winter pattern is initially offered sixteen size options from 175/65R 14 through to 225/40R 18. All tyres will comply with forthcoming European regulations and will be available for the 2012/13 winter season. Visitors to the stand will be amongst the first to see this new range.

Also making its debut at the event will be the latest Soleil range of alloy wheels from Stamford Sport Wheels (SSW), a subsidiary partner of the Stamford Tyres Group. The Soleil range is being introduced into Europe for the first time and is the very latest design from SSW, which currently offers a wheel product portfolio that covers 13 through to 24-inches for cars, 4×4/SUV’s and light commercial vehicles. Manufactured in Thailand, the SSW range benefits from a number of advanced production technologies including ‘Tilting Gravity’ and Low Pressure, and are subjected to a number of stringent manufacturing stages and treatments as well as being certified to all relevant International quality standards including Japan’s JWL/JWL-Y VIA and Germany’s TÜV.

Stamford Tyres will showcase its Firenza range of passenger car, light commercial and truck tyre ranges including its flagship ST05A high performance pattern, SV053 van/light commercial tyre, AT-186 SUV tyre and a number of truck patterns such as the Firenza SSR05A, SSD08, SSM07 and SST07.

Rob Henderson, Firenza’s Business Manager for the UK and Europe commented: “The Reifen Show is considered a very important part of Stamford Tyre’s ongoing brand growth objective in Europe. It provides the perfect platform to launch Firenza’s entry into the winter tyre market and also showcase our complete tyre range.”
