New Warrington branch manager at Snap-on tools

Date: 22nd March 2012 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

Snap-on Tools has appointed Mark Houston as its new Warrington branch manager. In his new role Mark Houston will be responsible for the successful management of Snap-on’s 75 franchisees in an area which extends from Carlisle to South of Birmingham and includes North Wales. He will be supported by a back-up team of 5 Field managers.

Married with two children, Mark comes originally from a military background and joined Snap-on Tools under the second van programme. He subsequently became a franchisee in his own right and, after three successful years, in 2009 he joined the neighbouring branch as a field manager. Following his success as a franchisee he won the Wetherby FM of the year award in 2010.

“Mark is an energetic and pro-active individual with strong leadership skills” said Phil Nassau, national sales manager, “He will prove to be an asset to the Snap-on Tools UK Sales Management team as we continue the drive to grow our business. All at Snap-on wish Mark well in his important new role.”
