ACDelco Remains Highly Charged On Batteries

Date: 27th September 2010 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

ACDelco notes with pride that its batteries described as “the best dressed and the business”, and this distinction may be one of the reasons why batteries remain one of the company’s flagship product groups. And with ACDelco looking to focus on fine-tuning its part offering across all main product groups this year, the company will be shortly enhancing its battery range with the addition of a number of new parts references.

“Our battery business continues to be exceptionally strong and has been on a consistent basis, so we are confident the soon to be announced new references will help maintain the growth impetus behind this product group,” commented ACDelco’s general manager, Lee Quinney.

The ACDelco platinum range of maintenance free batteries for the UK aftermarket provides all makes coverage of cars and light vans. Covering DIN and JIS applications, the range – taking in some 43-product references – is promoted as a rugged and reliable product delivering performance longevity. The full range can be found within the pages of ACDelco’s batteries catalogue. An illustrated product guide accompanies an application section, and searching for the right product within the catalogue is further helped by the presence of a numerical index and competitive cross-reference section.

Manufactured to JIS (Japanese Industry Standard) specifications for perfect first time fit, the latest ACDelco batteries come with a standard three-year warranty. All products are produced to OE standards and are based on maintenance free calcium/calcium technology. Customers can expect long battery shelf life, the company adds, and products feature hydrometer state of charge indication.
