Goodyear’s Eagle F1 SuperSport R and SuperSport RS range-topping UUHP tyres have been homologated for the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS supercar. Specially tuned fitments of each tyre will carry the N0 code that indicates Porsche original equipment tyres. Goodyear says the tyres push “the limits of performance from a fully road-legal tyre.” Johannes Moll, managing director OE consumer, Goodyear EMEA said that the tyres “enhance the performance and handling characteristics of the most specialist machinery on the roads today.
“We are immensely proud to have worked with Porsche once again on this project,” said Johannes Moll. “A vehicle as extreme as the Porsche 911 GT3 RS deserves a tyre that matches it in every way. From traction, turn in and braking performance, drivers can feel the road surface underneath them, giving them confidence and pleasure. Goodyear has taken lessons from its motorsport history to develop its line of UUHP tyres.”
Goodyear has developed a two-tire range for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS. The high-friction compound of the SuperSport RS offers a refined track-focused experience in dry conditions, while excellent cornering stability is achieved by bridges in the tread pattern’s inner groove, optimising the tyre’s footprint for more consistent pressure distribution.

The Eagle F1 SuperSport R offers more road usability, though performance remains its primary function. It gives Porsche 911 GT3 RS buyers an option to select the most suitable tyre to their driving habits.
Moll concluded: “The way both tyre specifications perform on the track and the road is a testament to years of research, development and Goodyear’s working relationship with manufacturers.”
The Porsche 911 GT3 RS is available with the Eagle F1 SuperSport R N0 or the more track-focused Eagle F1 SuperSport RS N0 in front/rear sizes 275/35ZR20 102Y and 335/30ZR21 109Y.
