Kumho appoints Tim Dougherty TBR national sales manager

Tim Dougherty has taken on the role of TBR national sales manager at Kumho Tyre UK. He joins the company from Bridgestone, where he served as sales manager, and brings with him nearly 30 years of tyre experience, all in the truck tyre sector.

“Kumho offers an excellent line-up of products that is well-suited to the UK market, and I am excited to be bringing these tyres to more service providers and fleets,” says Dougherty.

“Kumho’s range of TBR tyres meets the needs of the UK’s truck and bus operators and our network of commercial tyre service providers,” adds Richard Lyons, Kumho Tyre UK managing director. “We are confident that our base of operators, which is growing every day, will find that our high-quality truck tyres deliver excellent mileage and reliability in use.

Kumho’s TBR range covers steer (including extra load sizes), drive and trailer positions for multi-purpose, regional, long haul and city transit applications.
