Autogem appoints business development manager

Date: 6th May 2020 Author: Chris Anthony Comments: 0
Adam Livett Adam Livett brings with him 23 years of main vehicle dealer experience

Autogem has appointed a new specialist business development manager to complement its range of industry leading aftermarket products. Adam Livett brings 23 years of main vehicle dealer experience to the new role and is already pledging to “fulfil customers’ needs and look after them”, rather than simply sell them products alone.

Livett already had favourable first impressions of Autogem after selling the brand’s consumables solutions when in a similar role at Vauxhall.

The 42-year-old, who has also worked as a parts manager for Toyota, said: “I have always been struck Autogem’s overarching portfolio of products. So many of them save time and improve engagement. And also importantly, they assist in increasing revenue streams on the forecourt.

“I have a number of years’ experience on the main dealer side of the industry and I do believe that the insight I have will help me as I begin work here. There are so many opportunities for Autogem to maximise and I am already putting plans in place to make sure that we do, by speaking to the right people and building strong relationships from there.”

Autogem managing director Prashant Chopra said: “We are delighted to have Adam on board. He brings a wealth of experience to the role and his enthusiasm and pro-active attitude shone through when we first spoke many years ago.

“Adam’s main dealer experience will be invaluable and we look forward to generating more interest in our products as a result, which will help provide them with greater opportunities to engage with their end-users and also create extra demand themselves.
