CAM board promotes general manager Ryan Naughton
CAM has promoted general manager Ryan Naughton to its board of directors. The company said the promotion recognises his contribution to the business over the last three years, specifically around the structuring of a formal people development programme, leading to the prestigious Investors in People (IIP) award in February this year.
Naughton joined CAM in 2013, since which he has built upon the company’s operational and procedural planning. CAM said that he has delivered high value and innovative solutions to lead change and enhance the customer service and technology development teams within the organisation.
