Parts supplier and manufacturer Elring Parts Ltd has joined the Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF). It said its membership to the federation “reinforces its commitment to supporting the industry and advancing industry standards.” The company has more than 140 years of original equipment (OE) sealing expertise, with lightweighting concepts helping to reduce the overall weight of vehicles. This increases energy efficiency, reducing CO2 emissions or extending the range of electric and other alternatively fuelled vehicles.
Mark Ventre, sales & operations manager UK, Eire & Iceland, Elring Parts Ltd, said: “By joining IAAF, we will be able to better advocate for the interests of independent automotive businesses, networking with industry professionals, and staying updated on the latest developments and regulations in the IAM.”
Mark Field, chief executive at IAAF, welcomed Elring Parts to the federation, stating: “Elring’s dedication to quality and commitment to support independent automotive businesses aligns perfectly with our mission. We look forward to collaborating with the team to continue to push the industry forward.”
