Translogik becomes TyreSafe support in 2024

Translogik has become a new supporter of TyreSafe as the firm “continues its mission to champion road safety and promote responsible tyre management”.
Stuart Lovatt, Chair of TyreSafe, said: “We are delighted to welcome Translogik as a supporter of TyreSafe with our shared commitment to promoting tyre safety and responsible practices on the road. Working with Translogik offers TyreSafe access to some of the most up-to-date tyre technology and the opportunity to enhance our data and research resources. We look forward to a productive working relationship. We are delighted that Translogik will be providing some of their latest equipment to support us in a number of new research projects this year which will build a successful productive working relationship going forward.”
Kevin Hennelly, director at Translogik said: “Failing to correctly monitor tyre condition contributes towards a large percentage of road traffic accidents in the UK. In the vast majority of cases, these accidents are preventable through appropriate routine maintenance checks ensuring correct tyre pressures and tread depth. We are very proud to be able to support the amazing work of Tyresafe in increasing the awareness of road safety.
“Our TLGX inspection tools facilitate quick and accurate readings of tread depth and pressure which is then digitised providing an instant record of the tyre inspection. We very much look forward to working with and supporting Tyresafe throughout 2024 and beyond and contributing in many of the Tyresafe events and have provided several of our tyre inspection tools for Tyresafe to use throughout the coming year in many of its awareness campaigns”.
Translogik is a division of Transense Technologies plc and provides tyre inspection and data capture tools. Their product portfolio includes hand-held tools to measure and digitally capture tyre tread depth and pressure, as well as reading Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) tags and communicating with Tyre Pressure Monitoring Sensors (TPMS).
