The Supersincro automatic metering solution from Lawer will greatly increase the quality and precision of compounding for truck and earthmover retreaded tyres, Marangoni said

A new compounding system will be installed at Marangoni’s plant in Rovereto, Italy. The retreading company says it is continually investing in technologies to meet the demand for improved compounds for the evolving tyre market, including advances for dosing, handling, management and checking of raw materials.

The Supersincro automatic metering solution from Lawer will greatly increase the quality and precision of compounding for truck and earthmover retreaded tyres, Marangoni said.

Gianluca Merlo, head of operations for Italy at Marangoni, commented: “The industrial tire sector is driven by the ever-changing demands of end users and by the very high speed of technological developments. As for the compound room of the Rovereto plant, this new generational leap will bring higher quality to our production. Once again, this investment also demonstrates that Marangoni sets the benchmark for innovative production processes.”
