IAAF appoints new membership development manager

Mike Smallbone, the new membership development manager

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has appointed Mike Smallbone as membership development manager.

Smallbone has more than 35 years experience in the automotive industry, having enjoyed roles with Halfords, Cafco Automotive, Allparts Automotive and most recently Parts Alliance where he worked as business development manager heading up the group’s garage programmes. In his role as membership development manager, he will be tasked with supporting existing members and growing IAAF’s membership of garages, motor factors, distributors and suppliers.

IAAF chief executive, Wendy Williamson, commented: “I’m sure members will join myself and the IAAF council in welcoming Mike to the IAAF. Interest in IAAF membership and its activities continues to grow and with Mike joining the team, he will be able to fully demonstrate the work the Federation does on behalf of members and increase our reach throughout the UK.”
