Interstate to Share Brityrex Stand with Armagh Tyres

Date: 16th July 2010 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

Armagh Tyres is to share a stand with Dutch-based firm Interstate at Brityrex International, at Manchester Central (formerly the GMEX) in October. Interstate vice president Theo de Vries, said: “We are delighted to be exhibiting a Brityrex and will be working closely with our colleagues from Armagh Tyres. In particular we will be focussing on the brand new Interstate ECO Tour Plus tyre and our expanded Ultra High Performance range.”

Speaking to Tyres & Accessories earlier this year, company representatives said Interstate’s current performance was outpacing market growth: “Interstate’s successful execution of its unique marketing strategy has produced units sales growth that has consistently outpaced that of the replacement tyre industry.”

According to company literature, with worldwide distribution and warehouses in Europe and Asia, Interstate ships to every major port and offer reportedly offers “great logistic service to…customers.”

The firm certainly aims to stand for high quality and consistent supply, with European technology and Asian production. As far as product quality is concerned, Interstate is said to have been co-operating with “world leaders” in the development of advanced technology in the design and production of tyres. Even before a tyre is built and tested at Interstate’s facilities, engineers reportedly examine it using “revolutionary computer analysis.”

As has already been mentioned, Interstate Tires are produced in Asia, with the newest technologies, compounds and tread patterns. All tyres are e-marked, s-marked, REACH compliant, clean-oil and ISO certified and ETRTO, TüV and DOT approved.

Interstate, which was established in 1972, now has a sales and distribution network in 63 countries worldwide.
