ATS Euromaster Appoints Group Sales Director

Date: 18th March 2008 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

Peter Fairlie, 46, is the new Group Sales Director at ATS Euromaster. According to a company statement, he will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales performance within the B2B sector. This means his remit covers the complete portfolio of ATS Euromaster services, which includes car, van, commercial vehicle, industrial and agricultural tyres. Peter brings with him 14 years in the vehicle leasing and rental industry within both the car and truck sectors. He joined ATS Euromaster in 2006 as National Sales Director – Truck, during which time he has managed a team responsible for the company’s largest commercial vehicle contracts.

Commenting on his new role, Peter said: “We are committed to growing our business profitably across all sectors including car and truck. ATS Euromaster is in a unique position as we have the expertise to supply tyres for any type of vehicle and our wholly owned network of service centres enables us to deliver a complete nationwide service to our customers. As Group Sales Director, this is a fantastic situation to be in and I’m looking forward to ensuring ATS Euromaster continues to expand its share of the market in 2008,” he adds.

Peter will report directly to Ian Stuart, Group Managing Director, and replaces Paul Burnell, who has moved to Biffa plc to take on a new challenge in the waste management industry.
