Autodata to Launch Updated Wheel Alignment Manual

Date: 6th December 2005 Author: Admin Comments: 0

Autodata has updated its Wheel Alignment Data manual to include information on over 60 new models and important revisions to many other models. The 2006 edition marks 30 years of accurate up-to-date information on Wheel Alignment from Autodata.

Amongst the models added to the 2006 guide are the revised BMW 3 Series, the recently launched Mercedes B-Class and A-Class, the new model Vauxhall Zafira and Tigra and the updated VW Passat.

The 2006 guide also features important revisions to the entire Rover model range and the Ford Mondeo range. Commenting on the latest guide Autodata managing director, Tony Swiatek stated: “This year’s guide is a particularly important update with revisions to the settings for the entire Rover range as well as the ubiquitous Ford Mondeo. As every technician knows, incorrect suspension settings and wheel alignment can have a serious effect on tyre life and vehicle safety, and using the correct data to set them is imperative.”
