The EMR range from Trelleborg drew considerable attention at the ScotPlant Show, demonstrating its capability to thrive in demanding construction environments. Featuring a multi-surface tread design, EMR tyres deliver exceptional grip and control across diverse terrains, ensuring optimal performance on surfaces ranging from sand and gravel to rock and soil. The radial all-steel construction and reinforced casing provide long-term durability and balanced load distribution, enhancing operator comfort and reducing fuel consumption.

A standout in the EMR series is the EMR1051 tyre, specifically designed for loaders. This radial pneumatic tyre excels in intensive loading applications across open pits, quarries, infrastructure projects, building construction, and landscaping, making it a favourite among construction professionals.

Brawler Tyres: Redefining durability in waste & recycling

In the waste and recycling sector, operations at waste transfer stations and recycling facilities present extreme challenges. Trelleborg has engineered its Brawler High Performance Solid (HPS) tyre line to withstand these severe conditions, minimising downtime due to tyre changes or failures. The Brawler HPS range has grown with the industry, tackling heavier loads and more demanding tasks.

The latest innovation in this line, the Brawler HPS Soft Ride, offers 40 per cent greater deflection compared to standard solid tyres, without compromising tyre life. Its unique elliptical sidewall construction enhances shock absorption, reducing vibration by 30 per cent and maximising operator comfort across all applications.
