ZC Rubber presents latest additions to Tianli range

Our visit to the Tianli stand at Agritechnica 2023 was poorly timed, but no language barrier can stop us from appreciating a new tyre. The ZC Rubber brand brought two to the show, Agri King and Land Care, which it displayed alongside other products from the wide Tianli range.

Agri King

Tianli Agri King is a VF (Very High Flexion) tractor tyre that’s currently produced in six dimensions. ZC Rubber describes Agri King as an “all-around performer capable of providing superior load capacity, reducing soil compaction, while providing excellent traction.” It says the tyre’s “unique curved wedge structure” provides strong traction, good stability and high comfort. The use of VF technology enables Agri King to work at a low air pressure and sustain high load capacity, resulting in minimum soil disturbance without compromising tyre strength.

A parallel arc tread facilitates self-cleaning of the pattern when used on muddy surfaces, while a wider footprint area increases fuel efficiency and farm productivity. “Overall, the design of Agri King allows tractors to work at optimum efficiency while lowering the farming cost and preserving the soil,” comments ZC Rubber.

Land Care

Developed for wheeled excavators and backhoe loaders used in construction sites and urban areas, the cross-ply Tianli Land Care places an emphasis on soil protection. ZC Rubber reports that the tyre “can be utilised on various road surfaces with excellent grip, traction and tyre service life due to the low-pressure ratio on the ground.” An extra-wide, high-flotation tread design with numerous edges is there to minimise soil damage and enhance traction in soft fields, while the large blocks in the middle of the pattern facilitate a comfortable driving experience.

In addition, ZC Rubber says that the steel-belted tread provides longer treadwear, superior stability and stronger resistance to punctures and damage. “Thanks to its remarkable load capacity and stability, Land Care is an ideal choice for heavy auxiliary machines at various work applications,” says the manufacturer. “Furthermore, Land Care is also available for urban use, such as highway and railway applications.”

High-performance agricultural solutions

ZC Rubber also displayed several other lines from the Tianli tyre portfolio, including Backtrack Radial Supreme, Defender row crop tyre and Grass King Flotation, as well as Yonggu rubber track solutions.

Established in 1985, Tianli is the first Chinese tyre brand to develop and manufacture agricultural radial tyres. ZC Rubber completed its acquisition of Tianli manufacturer Tianjin United Tire & Rubber International Co., Ltd. (TUTRIC) in 2022. Today the brand specialises in tyres for agricultural, forestry, construction and mining, earthmoving, port and sand service applications.
