Pirelli launches Formula One blog

Date: 25th May 2011 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

Formula One exclusive tyre supplier Pirelli has announced that it will launch a new blog on the sport during the weekend of the Monaco Grand Prix. The blog contains a behind the scenes look at Pirelli’s first year in Formula One, with a unique trackside view of all the latest events in the Formula One paddock. The UK version of the site will contain comment from former racing driver and TV personality Tiff Needell, who currently hosts Fifth Gear on Channel 5.

Coming directly from the Pirelli motorhome, at the heart of Formula One this year, the blog contains all the most recent tyre news and facts, with regular updates over the race weekend as well as news and comment in the weeks between each Grand Prix. With photographs, opinions, anecdotes and colour, the pirellif1blog brings a new perspective to this year’s Formula One coverage, where the tyres continue to be a major talking point of the season.
