The declared aim of Maxam is to use its products to help companies in the construction industry “optimise and improve their status quo in terms of efficiency, mobility and sustainability.
GIIB Holdings signs circularity MoU with Global Enviro

GIIB Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, GIIB Material Sciences Pte Ltd, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Singapore-based Global Enviro Pte Ltd to “unlock new opportunities in the circular economy, focusing on the recovery and reuse of valuable materials from end-of-life tyres and rubber waste”.
Pirelli’s board is expected to approve an accord on Monday to end Sinochem’s control of the tyre maker, Reuters report stating: “Chinese and Italian shareholders in Pirelli have been at odds over the group's governance” with the upshot being that Sinochem was considered to have hindered Pirelli’s expansion in the United States.
We know Cimcorp best as a supplier of intralogistics automation to the tyre industry, but the Finnish company now has its sights set on the growing electric vehicle battery-manufacturing sector.
US tyre maker Titan International chose to remain in Russia when many left in 2022, and this month celebrates ten years of Titan agricultural tyre production at its Voltyre Prom subsidiary.
London tyre fitter banned for 10 years after inflating sales to get Covid bounce-back funds

The owner of a North London tyre shop has been banned as a director for 10 years after overstating his company’s turnover to secure a maximum-value Covid loan.
As recently as October 2023 Apollo Tyres still spoke of its “long-term commitment to production in The Netherlands,” however this production will come to an end next year.
