Supertracker launches new digital camber gauge

Date: 25th January 2012 Author: Tyrepress Editors Comments: 0

Supertracker has launched a new digital camber/castor gauge. Fresh for 2012 Supertracker redesigned the gauge and reduced the size and shape of the product through machining the body from an aluminium billet.

Adjusting the camber on some vehicles is easier with the removal of the wheel so Supertrack made the new compact shape easier to fit to brake discs. The new camber/castor gauge also incorporates a built-in gyro to ensure castor can now be measured without having to use turn plate graduations. Additionally, all Castor readings are now ‘live’ with adjustments being made and measured in ‘real time’ in order to speed up the alignment adjustment process.

Supertracker reports that upgrading to the latest available solid state electronics, keeps pace with all ongoing technological advancements and allows further software updates in due course.
