Vredestein has been awarded the gold medal in the LAMMA 2019 Innovation Awards’ Driven Innovation category for its Traxion Optimall tyre. This VF (very high flexion) tractor tyre is designed to deliver traction, fuel efficiency and productivity to reduce substantially the total cost of ownership. It will be displayed on the Vredestein stand at LAMMA Birmingham, the UK’s largest farm machinery, equipment and services show, on 8-9 January.
The Vredestein Traxion Optimall tyre range has grown to a total of ten fitments with the addition of seven further sizes. The first of these new sizes will be introduced at the EIMA agricultural show in Bologna next week.
The newest winter tyre from Vredestein will be unveiled at The Tire Cologne later this month. Details about the Vredestein Wintrac Pro are being kept under wraps until its launch on 29 May (4:00pm), however Apollo Vredestein comments that the new addition is position in the ultra-high-performance segment.
Today, Vredestein has announced the end result of what it describes as “years of extensive research into the particular needs of tractor manufacturers and end users.” This end result is the Traxion Optimall, the next generation of Vredestein VF (Very high Flexion) tyre for the upper tractor segment.
