Nankang NS-2R to increase championship involvement in 2016

In Nankang’s 50 year history, the tyre manufacturer has gained many landmark technical achievements in high performance tyres; it became the first Taiwanese tyre company to produce W-rated tyres, and 22” and 24” sizes. While the company produces a wide range of sizes for small commuter cars, its eponymous UK distributor enjoys a strong motorsport focus, epitomised by the NS-2R road-legal track tyre.

Nankang Tire sponsored driver Yokoi Masashi became the 2013 MSC Challenge on 18 January. One of the popular motor sport events in Japan, the MSC Challenge is composed of 10 competitions with the final championship was held on 18 January 2014.
