Automechanika Birmingham’s Garage of the Year competition is now open for entries. Sponsored by the Independent Garage Association (IGA) and run in partnership with Garage Wire, the competition is open to garages from across the UK and Ireland. Entries can be made online at Garage Wire, but must be submitted before the deadline of 26 April 2019.
Automechanika Birmingham has revealed the shortlist for its Garage of the Year 2018 award, in partnership with Garage Wire, featuring some of the UK’s top independent garages all vying to win the prestigious accolade.
Electrical and vision related component supplier ELTA Automotive will mark its 25th anniversary and the launch of its VisionPro and VXPro brands by sponsoring the Large Garage award at the forthcoming Garage of the Year ceremony, held during Automechanika Birmingham in June.
Automechanika Birmingham is calling on independent garages across the UK to enter its prestigious ‘Garage of the Year’ award, returning for its second year and will be bigger than ever before. The competition is open to all garages across the United Kingdom, with entrants explaining the reasons why they should win the coveted award and walk away with £1000. This year, there are six categories for garages to enter, recognising the diversity of UK garage businesses.
Automechanika Birmingham in partnership with Garage Wire has announced the shortlist of garages in the running to win the £1000 cash prize for Garage of the Year. The judging panel, James Onions, Andy Savva and Simon Albert will announce the winner on Wednesday 7 June in the Workshop Training Zone at 1.00pm at Automechanika Birmingham, NEC.
The UK Garage of the Year Award was presented at the prestigious Auto Express Car of the Year Awards in London on June 30th. Motor Codes, the government-approved garage scheme revealed that Crescent Motoring from Burton on Trent in Staffordshire had scooped the prestigious award.
