Having recently invested in its manufacturing, warehouse and logistics infrastructure Klarius Products Ltd based in Cheadle is looking for up to 40 new employees over the next eight weeks. Anyone from the local area who has manufacturing skills, warehouse experience or administrative qualifications is being encouraged to get in touch.
Klarius Products has expanded its range with more than 100 new exhausts, catalytic converters (CATs), diesel particulate filters (DPFs) and accessories. The latest new-to-range list details every component released by Klarius during Q2 2017, which bolsters its 10,000-plus product range to support an ever-larger range of vehicles. The UK based manufacturer of aftermarket emissions components has an in-house R&D centre, enabling it to update its product range “on a daily basis,” it states.

As a result of a new, exclusive partnership deal with AutoLogistiks, Klarius Products Ltd is now able to offer almost all its customers next morning delivery of stock orders. These speeded-up shipments of exhausts, CATs, DPFs, mounting kits and other products will arrive at customers courtesy of AutoLogistiks’ dedicated UK fleet of Mercedes Crafter and Sprinter vans, allowing distributors to fulfil orders the same day.
Ultimately, the MOT test is there to protect motorists, other road users and the environment. With the news that the UK Government is considering extending the date of first MOT from three to four years, questions on whether this will damage the overall effectiveness of the test with regards emissions components are inevitable. Especially when figures show that as many as one in five cars fail their first MOT.
Klarius has backed up the quality of its training after teaming up with the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI). The IMI visited the exhaust manufacturer to validate its latest emissions product training modules. The professional institute for those working in the motor industry offers accreditation for educational courses to help increase knowledge and quality within the industry. Klarius says this mission statement is closely aligned with Klarius’ approach to the market of providing education and supplying high quality type-approved components.
UK manufacturer of exhausts, CATs and DPFs Klarius has opted to bring forward its manufacturing conformity certification for 2015. The company explains that this would “provide more solid evidence of its commitment to premium quality products at a standard price.” This includes the the full manufacturing process for its entire emission control product range covering over 10,000 individual parts.
