AA Garage Guide launches Chargemaster partnership

AA Garage Guide has announced a partnership with electric vehicle charging provider, Chargemaster. The provider of online bookings, patrol referrals and the ‘Certified Garage Programme’ said the move is in response to positive feedback from both the garages in its network and those surveyed on Garage Wire.

Chargemaster has become the exclusive charge point sponsor of the 10th annual Low Carbon Vehicle Event, Cenex LCV2017, at Millbrook, 6–7 September. The assurance that the electric vehicles (EVs) on-site for the event are appropriately powered, underlines Chargemaster’s position as the leader in EV charging.

Ecotricity introduce charging fee

UK News

Electricity company Ecotricity is to introduce a £5 fee per use of its motorway electric vehicle charging network. The charge, which was introduced on Monday 11 July, is applied to all users that are not Ecotricity home electricity customers, according to Motoring Research.

Cenex picks Chargemaster to run electric vehicle plug-in network

Cenex, the Loughborough-based Centre of Excellence for Low Carbon and Fuel Cell Technologies, has chosen Chargemaster, the largest UK supplier and operator of chargepoints, to run the Plugged-in Midlands Network (PiM) following a competitive selection process.
