Despite the fact that the UK was in the middle of lockdown, Michelin Tyre Plc’s ultra-modern retread manufacturing operation resumed production at the end of April.

10) Poland’s retreading market is under quality and competition pressure

If we look at the retreading markets in Western Europe, we see different levels of development and consolidation. The Polish retreading market lies somewhere between the extremes and offers a good baseline picture for future developments in markets that are not yet consolidated, such as Germany and Italy.
