Just a few months after Halfords announced that it has entered the B2B software market by making American Tire Distributors Inc. (ATD) the first customer of Halfords’ Avayler proprietary multiple location “service delivery” software, Michael Welch reports that he has been collaborating with Halfords in a bid to find out more about Avayler.

Writing in a social media post published during September, Welch shared: “Great day with our partners Halfords getting a briefing on their world leading Avayler software, next level.”

According to Welch, his business will implement the system in the US shortly: “Deployment coming soon via our Tirebuyer.com Treadsy mobile vans in the 🇺🇸. World class partnership…”, he concluded.

Earlier in 2021, US online tyre retail operations Tirebuyer and Tirescanner merged to create a new Tirebuyer.com that led by president and CEO Michael Welch OBE, who formerly founded Blackcircles and then Tirescanner.
