Prometeon Tyre Group is donating one euro for each tyre sold in Europe in May to the International Committee of the Red Cross’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of its Together initiative, Prometeon has invited suppliers, customers and its staff to donate as well. Furthermore, Prometeon will match its suppliers’ contributions.

Peter Fairlie, managing director of Prometeon Tyre Group UK, said: “The COVID-19 pandemic compels us to unite. There’s not a part of Prometeon’s worldwide network that has not been affected by the pandemic. As a global company, it is right that we support a global humanitarian organisation in the shape of the International Committee of the Red Cross. We urge our customers, suppliers and staff to help us support the vital work of the International Committee of the Red Cross. We’re all in this together.”
