Tyres4U buys Tyre and Tube Australia

TTA has been under the management of owner and CEO Andrew Bloxham since 1996

In 15 October 2019 Tyres4U acquired Tyre and Tube Australia Pty Ltd (TTA). TTA is known as a leading specialty tyre and tube wholesaler in addition to being a substantial distributor of value tier passenger and truck tyres in Australia. Initially TTA will continue to operate as it does not, but it will ultimately be absorbed into the Tyres4U operation. This is expected to be complete by the end of November 2019.

Tyres4U is Australia’s largest independent tyre distributor. According to the company, the acquisition of TTA will further strengthen its position as a major player in the industry by realising improvements in efficiency and distribution plus offering the strongest tyre range in Australia which will deliver a great outcome with an ultimate benefit flowing to our customers. Tyres4U customers who will have an even greater choice of products although the TTA products will not be available to be seen on dealer online until the end of October 2019.

Its vision has maintained pace with the global leaders giving dealers the opportunity to be more competitive. I have no doubt the benefits Tyres4U bring to our customers will assist them to grow.”

Tyres4U is Australia’s largest independent tyre distributor.
