JK Tyre opens first retread centre in Nepal

On 14 June JK Tyre & Industries Ltd inaugurated the first JK Retread Centre in Pokhara, Nepal. The new retread centre adds is part of JK’s bid in line with ambition to open 100 centres by 2020. Ultimately the goal is to provide cradle-to-grave solutions to customers.

Strategically located in Pokhara, a potential market of truck and bus bias, light truck and car tyres, the centre is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, machinery and trained staff. It offers company-recommended repair and retread procedures to bring down the cost-per-kilometre for customers.
