Happy Birthday Mr Goodyear – Bayern München players serenade premium partner

Ever wondered how it sounds when top-flight footballers sing happy birthday to a tyre company? Wonder no longer – Goodyear has shared the musical talents of the boys from FC Bayern München. Sandro Wagner, Niklas Süle, Thiago Alcântara and Corentin Tolisso strike up a tune to mark the 120th birthday of the club’s platinum partner.

“We congratulate Goodyear on 120 years of top-class tyre technology,” comments Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, chairman of Bayern München’s Executive Board. “We’re impressed every day with the phenomenal quality of the high-performance tyres – on the way to our offices, to training or to a game.”

With a necessary sprinkling of honesty, after the finishing their tune the lads concede that “we can’t sing so well but we play football fantastically.”
