Davanti looks forward to innovation focus at Tire Cologne
Davanti Tyres is looking forward to the focus on “innovation and agile working” at the inaugural Tire Cologne show (Koelnmesse, Germany, 29 May to 1 June), stating that the theme “reflects where the industry needs to be in 2018.” Organisers say the show has been created to promote innovation in the tyre industry and faster turnaround to bring cutting-edge new products to market. The brand founded in the north west of England in 2015 adds that this philosophy sits well with Davanti as it prepares to exhibit.
“We have had a rapid rise to prominence since we launched our first product, largely thanks to the values that inspired Tire Cologne,” said Peter Cross, Davanti’s general manager.
“To make an impact we had to move quickly to design new products, react fast to changing demand and markets while always focusing on the quality and reliability of our product and its delivery to retailers.
“We had to offer a big brand service while remaining agile in research, development and production. We are here today only because we achieved that, quickly building a global distribution network and achieving penetration in a number of key international markets.
“To hear the organisers talk about how the future of the industry will be shaped by innovation and faster, high quality production is incredible because that is what we have built our ‘performance driven’ reputation on, so we are incredibly excited to be there for the first ever Tire Cologne show this year.”
Davanti has grown rapidly, and now boasts a comprehensive summer and winter offering in the high performance, ultra-high performance, SUV and commercial van segments. It also holds a number of key industry accreditations for its products, including TÜV SÜD quality certification, IFV mileage certification and GCC certificates approving Davanti tyres for use in the Middle East.
