Tatneft aiming to boost sales volumes, EBIDTA

By the middle of the next decade, Russia’s Tatneft intends to sell 16.2 million tyres per annum and achieve a fivefold increase in EBITDA related to tyre sales; this is expected to reach RUB 14.5 billion (£188.7 million) in 2025.

These goals are part of the company’s strategy of tyre manufacturing business development, a strategy that was discussed at the meeting of Tatneft’s Board of Directors on 28 September. In order to achieve the above sales volume and EBITDA, Tatneft plans amongst other things a long-term expansion of the Viatti and SSC product ranges as well as an “expansion of the material and technical base” for its Kama brand. It also intends to optimise production processes and expand its ‘Tyre & Service’ retail network.
