Bridgestone partners with Australia’s NatRoad

Bridgestone Australia has become a platinum partner to NatRoad, a non-profit association representing more than 40,000 large and small trucking companies who employ more than 140,000 people within the country’s road freight industry.

Through the partnership, both parties will reinforce their mutual aims, which include safety and compliance; environmental sustainability; positive community awareness; fair and equitable workplace relations; and national uniformity of regulation.

“This platinum partnership solidifies our long-held commitment to the Australian trucking industry’s interests,” said Andrew Moffatt, managing director of Bridgestone Australia and New Zealand. “Bridgestone and NatRoad are both steadfastly committed to the advancement of the road transport industry and its members. We look forward to working with NatRoad on our joint focuses on safety, technology and environmental sustainability to help promote the industry and ensure its long-term viability.”

A benefit of the new platinum partnership for NatRoad members is that they will be able to take advantage of special offers on Bridgestone’s products and services.
