Tyrenet first live with UniSerV V7.2 integration

Aaron Mikoleizik (right), operations director at Tyrenet, calls UniSerV V7.2 integration ‘a whole new connected future in tyre service work’

Fleet maintenance and breakdown specialist Tyrenet is the first dealer network to implement CAM’s UniSerV V7.2 platform. The platform will connect Tyrenet to other UniSerV users that are fully integrated with e-jobsheet as well as standalone e-jobsheet subscribers via the TiDaeX online hub. CAM says UniSerV V7.2 integration results in time savings and efficiencies; tyre service jobs are launched by Tyrenet via the open-access, cloud-based job management platform in real time and subsequently completed by truck, bus and van service providers.

Aaron Mikoleizik, operations director at Tyrenet, says, “We’re pleased that Tyrenet is the first dealer network to cross the line, adding greater value to our customers by improving efficiencies and data dissemination even further, including improved visibility of fleet management work done via business intelligence which is almost instantly available back from the field.”

Steve Daly, director of CAM International, comments, “Tyrenet’s commitment to integration is bringing great benefit both to its fleet customers as well as presenting a more accurate, timely and assured means of dealing with its dealer network – be they large UniSerV users subscribing to e-jobsheet or indeed standalone e-jobsheet subscribers. That Tyrenet can issue work directly from its own systems to connected dealers and receive the resultant completed job data back from the dealer’s fitter is very much a first step towards a more connected commercial tyre service future.”
